Where is your personal information stored?
Our customers’ data is stored by Solocom in Zoho or Google Workspace. Zoho uses Amazon’s encrypted servers in the United States, and soon in Canada. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google data warehouses.
Personal information, as well as messages or comments transmitted via our website forms, is stored on Amazon’s encrypted servers. A backup copy is also stored on DropBox, which also has secure storage servers.

How long is your personal information stored?
Customer personal information collected by Solocom is stored indefinitely. As it is stored in our secure environments, this information allows us to offer you fast and efficient service when you make a new request.
Any information collected via forms on our site is also stored indefinitely.
What are your rights of access to your personal information?
As a user, you may, at any time, ask Solocom to see your personal information, including that which you have provided to us, and ask us to delete it from our storage systems.
